As you can see, there is an audible folder and a music folder. The Audible folder is for your Audible audio books, and where (if you have an audible.com account) any audio books you choose will go on your Kindle Touch. These audio books will appear on your home screen with special touch audio controls when you select them.
The documents folder is where you need to put any Kindle ready files. They will be treated as books and appear on your home screen, just like on the Kindle 3 Keyboard or DX.
I have been a little disappointed with the Touch so far. I hope as Amazon updates it in the future the screen will become more responsive. Right now, certainly compared to the Fire, it feels a little clunky. For down and dirty long reading sessions though, it is wonderful and very easy on the eyes.
Stay tuned...
