Summer is finally over! It feels good to put on sweats and bundle up a little for my morning walk. I've had some health issues (kidney stones) since April but that all appears to be behind me now and I am ready to rock and roll! I also quit smoking (finally) about that time, so any new writing from Mrs. Wizard will be coming from "formerly nicotine stained fingers." Don't you love it!
I have been walking 3 miles a day most days for years. This summer it has been so hot, I finally figured out the best time was when the sun was coming up... so 6:30 every morning I am out to greet the day around the lake in our neighborhood... It is amazing!
Now that it is cooler, I think I will continue the early morning routine. It seems to be good for me and sets the days up in a really positive way.
Got some new goodies posted at mrswizard.com. A new series of articles/tutorials called "Cheap Tricks." If they prove popular, and enough people want them, I may be encouraged to write some more. We shall see :)
