Kindle With Audio and Video?

While poking around on Google, I noticed a mention of Kindle books with Audio and Video. I couldn't resist doing a quick search on Amazon in the Kindle store and was amazed to find quite a few (mostly for children) at first glance. It is certainly something I am going to dig into a bit more.

While our regular Kindles are not equipped for video, they certainly are for audio files (Audible.com audio books come to mind). And if you have an iPhone or iPad, one of these audio/video books would be fine I would think. I ordered a sample of Yoga in Bed, Kindle Edition with Audio/Video (sounded good to me!) and had it sent to my iPad. Sweet... very sweet!

Special Note: These books are only available for iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touch devices equipped with WiFi.

Kind of makes you wonder about the next generation Kindle, doesn't it? I'm telling you, the IPad is making Amazon sit up and take notice!
