Amazon is great about making updated books you may have purchased very easy to update on your little machines. Since I have multiple Kindles on my account (two are with relatives in other parts of the country), all I did was answer yes in the first line of my reply to the following email and I felt comfortable knowing no matter where that book was, it would be updated automatically.
